Upon request, we will send you a questionnaire to gather the specifications of your project, including size, color, and quantity. Alternately you only need to send us an email with a list of your needs or simply give us a call.

Will my logo be unique?

Absolutely. It will be designed exclusively for your organization, product or service. We do not use “clip art” or recycled designs.

How much does a logo cost?

We offer different package options to fit your budget. We offer design solutions ranging from relatively simple icons to cutting-edge, 3D animated logos.

Are there hidden, or additional fees for revising logos during my project?

No. All our packages have a built-in revision cycle. However, our designers are flexible enough to accommodate a few minor revisions, after the cycle, without any extra charges. We want you to be satisfied with your logo, but we do not promise unlimited revisions as we do not believe in following an unrealistic approach.

How many logo samples do I receive?

It depends upon the package you select. The number of designs and revisions are listed in detail with package.

How many formats you will provide?

We will provide the most commonly used file types for your final logo. You can also specify which file formats you need for your requirements such as:

What is the procedure?

It all starts with our logo design briefing form which you can complete online or download as a Word file to email back to us. You will have an account manager and a lead designer who will discuss your project with you over the telephone. If you have asked us to look at other companies’ brands we will research these on the web. We will then prepare an initial selection of prototype designs. These are intended to start a dialogue that will continue through a series of development stages to complete the design.

How do I keep check of progress?

Telephone and email have served us very well over the years and we have built great working relationships with hundreds of clients we have never met.

Who will own My Logo?

It is where your unique domain name is registered for indexing and where the files for your website are stored.

How do revisions work?

You will be given multiple design concepts by our designers. You will select a specific design for your logo and then we will make revisions according to your requirements. We will also ask you to give feedback on the designs already provided.

Do you design stationery?

Yes, stationery design can be provided at an additional fee if it is not included in the package you select. We can provide printing services also, but you will always own the artwork files. You can take them to your local printer for letterheads, business cards, brochures or other any other collateral you may require.
