In the unlikely event that our Stock Photography Images are not suitable for your needs, upon your instruction and receipt of an additional package search fee, we will search our vast library of Licensed Images. Licensed Images can be considered high-end work for which paid licenses are required for limited or unlimited use. Licenses must be purchased separately and vary widely, but we will negotiate a best price and use contract for you. Of course, you are welcome to negotiate the sea of images and purchase licenses yourself for use in your project.

While stock images will be chosen exclusively for your organization, product or service and it is unlikely that another organization will use the same images, it is possible someone may choose the same images. More exclusive, royalty licensed images, are far less likely to be used by another. Any image from a custom photo session or any image that has been manipulated for you will be exclusively yours.

It all starts with our photographic image briefing form which you can complete online or download as a Word file to email back to us. You will have an account manager and a lead designer who will discuss your project with you over the telephone if you wish. We will then prepare your selection of images. You can always request more or different images with the purchase of an additional package.
Telephone and email have served us very well over the years and we have built great working relationships with hundreds of clients we have never met.
You will have full use-rights of your images. Stock images will not be owned by you, but you will be able to use them an any way you see fit as long as you don’t attempt to resell them.
